Requests from Foreign Libraries
First-time users will need to register to use our service! When you register with us, you will be provided with a user-name (login) and a password. To register, please, send us information about the requesting Library by e-mail.
Required details for your registration:
- Name of your Library.
- Address with postal/ZIP code, street and PO Box, country.
- Information about contact person (name and e-mail address).
- Desired payment method.
The pages on the site of the National Library of Russia contain detailed "Help" for you. You can see: how to order an electronic copy of documents, how to check on the status of your orders, how to cancel the order, how to get the order from our FTP-server, processing time. You will have your personal page (your Account) in the database of the Internet-shop. You can check on the status of your orders as often as you like.
How to Pay for Your Order
There are two methods of paying for our services:
- The IFLA Voucher Scheme (Payment System for International Interlibrary Transaction)
If you wish to pay for your requests by using a voucher instead of money, please inform us about this.
Unfortunately, in the operating version of the Internet-shop, the reflection of the payment in vouchers is not stipulated, therefore prices will be specified in a dollar equivalent. For example, the specified cost in 10 dollars will correspond to 1 voucher, etc.

- The payment with money
If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please contact us at the e-mail: email@example.com. We will send you all necessary information about our bank account details by e-mail or by fax. Prepayment in full is required. A minimum prepayment of $100 is necessary. When you order your bank to transfer the money to our bank account, you will need to inform us that the transfer has been done. In future, we will contact you with cost estimate.
