Electronic Guidebook 'Periodicals on economy' (further the Guidebook) was developed by the Legislative economic information center of the National Library of Russia.
The Guidebook consists of three parts: newspapers, journals and foreign periodicals.
The Guidebook has three-level structure:
First level - the main page on which the Guidebook's structure presented.
Second level - there are pictures of scanned covers of editions with brief information: date of foundation or issue, periodicity, information about changes, deposit code in NLR.
Third level - there is a table, which has the information about the status, brief annotation of edition, information about publisher. The text has hypertext links, which are give a chance to see electronic version of editions in the Internet, websites of authorities which found editions and publishing houses.
You may search editions using the key words and using the creeping line of edition's covers.
The main feature of the Guidebook is both usage of modern information technologies and experience of bibliographers of NLR.
The presented version not complete and needs constant replenishment and editing.
