We would like to invite you to take part in the work of the 10th Anniversary All-Russian scientific and practical conference titled "Library collections in the digital era: traditional and electronic resources, acquisition, and use", which will be held online from October 26 to 29, 2020.

Library collection acquisition professionals, bibliographers, knowledge employees, other library specialists, publishers, aggregators of electronic resources and company representatives are invited to participate.

FORMATION OF LIBRARY COLLECTIONS IN THE DIGITAL REALITY: PRINCIPLE TRENDS

TRAININGS AND PRESENTATIONS OF FOREIGN AND NATIONAL ELECTRONIC RESOURCES (INCLUDING ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATES)

Registration of training participants will be organized during the days of the Conference.
Confirmation of registration and registration of new participants is open until October 19, 2020 at the website of the NLR.

If you are already registered as a participant of the Conference, it is necessary to confirm your registration and to indicate the needed changes in response to the information letter that will be send to you by e-mail.
If you are not yet registered as a participant of the Conference, you should fill in Registration form.

The Conference program will be posted on the Conference website.

The Conference will be webcasted with the possibility of further publishing of presentations, video recordings and meetings transcripts on the Conference website.
Should you plan to make a report (presentation), we kindly ask you, upon registration, to get acquainted with the public offer and its Acceptance form.

Collection of materials resulting from the Conference is planned to prepare. Deadline for submission of materials for publication is November 30, 2020Requirements for publications.

Filling of the Registration Form fields confirming the participant’s consent to the publication of the Work and the transfer of the Work by the Rightholder/Licensor on the above terms and without the Acceptance of the Offer will be considered to have accepted the terms of the Offer and its Acceptance, i.e. the conclusion of a License Agreement with the Institution/Licensee.

The conference organizing committee reserves the right to select reports and presentations for inclusion into the conference program.
