In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 10th All-Russian Conference "Library Collections in the Digital Era: Traditional and Electronic Resources, Acquisition and Use" planned to be held from 30 March to 4 April 2020 in Saint Petersburg, has been rescheduled to October.

The conference will now take place in October. If you’re already registered, all prior registration terms will remain. Each submitted paper will be included in the new program.

TRAININGS AND PRESENTATIONS OF FOREIGN AND NATIONAL ELECTRONIC RESOURCES (INCLUDING ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATES)

Registration of trainings participants will be organized during the working days of the Conference.
An exhibition of publishing production, IT-products and library equipment is to be held as part of the Conference.
In order to participate in the Conference please fill in Registration form.

No participation fee is charged to the representatives of the libraries and state budgetary institutions.
Participation fee for publishers, aggregators, and company representatives is 1,000 rubles (including VAT of 20%) for each participant from the company.

For registration it is necessary - in accordance with the public offer on the terms of the participation in the Conference and exhibition - to fill out Application form for participation in the conference and exhibition, Application form for publishing in the exhibition catalogue, Registration form for each participant from the company (registration form of the participant).

Applications for participation in the exhibition are accepted until March 11, 2020.

Registration is open until March 16, 2020 at the website of the NLR.

Please send title of your report or presentation in .doc file format - for its inclusion into Conference program - as well as a brief summary, to email niobf@nlr.ru by March 2, 2020.

The Conference is going to be webcasted with the possibility of further publication of presentations, video recordings and reports transcripts on the Conference website.

Should you plan to make a report or presentation, we kindly ask you, upon registration, to get acquainted with the public offer and its Acceptance form. (Annex 2).

Collection of materials resulting from the Conference is planned to prepare.

Deadline for materials submission for publication is April 30, 2020. Requirements for publications.

A prerequisite for website publication of presentations, video recordings and including report text in the collection of Conference materials is the Acceptance of the author or his/her institution (if participation in the Conference is carried out as part of the duty assignment).

Signed and scanned Acceptance shall be sent to e-mail: niobf@nlr.ru as well as the text of the article. The original shall be transferred together with the presentation to the Conference organizing committee during the Conference or sent by mail (or courier company) to Irina Vsevolodovna Eidemiller, National Library of Russia, Library Collection Section of the Scientific and Methodological Department. Filling the fields of the Registration Form confirming the participant’s consent to the publication of the Work and transfer of the Work by the Right-holder/Licensor on the above terms and without Acceptance of the Offer will be considered as his/her consent of Offer’s terms and its Acceptance, i.e. conclusion of a License Agreement with the Institution/Licensee.

The conference organizing committee reserves the right to select reports and presentations for inclusion into conference program.

March 31 - April 3, 2020 – Conference.
April 4, 2020 – Cultural program. Check-out. Departure.
