At the exhibition, visitors can get information about recent acquisitions coming in the Library collections and reading rooms located in the New Building of the National Library of Russia on Moskovsky Prospekt.
About 2,000 new titles in various areas of knowledge are demonstrated monthly. All items are made openly available to visitors.
The room has computers that provide access to the electronic catalogues of the Library. A systematic card index reflect the materials of previous and current exhibitions of recent acquisitions.
Here you can also view abstracts of dissertations for the previous two years. These publications are arranged by field.

The Library is closed on public holidays and last Tuesday of each month. On pre-holidays, the Library is open from 9:00 to 16:00.
