The conference hall is located in the very center of the city, on the corner of Nevsky Prospect and Sadovaya Street. The hall hosts educational and cultural events both for library professionals and for general public.

The conference hall is provided for various events such as seminars, conferences, meetings, lectures, round tables, presentations. It is equipped with video, film and slide projectors, a big screen, microphones, audio and video recording systems, a sound amplification system, DVD player, wireless facility. There is a piano in the room.

The hall is placed after the Security Desk, so entrance to events and exhibitions is possible by a library card or Guest Card. If you are not our reader, you can

get a library card at the Registration Desk on the ground floor of the Main Building;
obtain a Guest Card at the Security Desk, entering the library from Sadovaya Street (The door under a sign that says "Directorial Board").

The Library is closed on public holidays and last Tuesday of each month.
On pre-holidays, the Library is open from 9:00 to 16:00.
