The Maps Room provides access to the second largest Russia's collection of Russian and foreign maps and atlases. The Maps Collection also embraces reproductions and facsimile editions of manuscript materials, globes, electronic cartographic publications. The reference collection includes geographic and tomonymic dictionaries and reference books, books on cartography and history of cartography.
Visitors can get information about availability of materials in the Maps Collection and their shelfmarks via the electronic and card catalogues. If you need assistance, ask our Reference Librarian in the room.

The Library is closed on public holidays and last Tuesday of each month. On pre-holidays, the Library is open from 9:00 to 16:00.
